This valuation product is primarily used for non-QM loans. The appraisal analysis is performed and reported on Form 2055. This type of appraisal may have multiple lending uses (i.e., loan modification or acquisition), in addition to having a cusomizeable assignment scope of work (i.e., Rental analysis, etc.) Scope of work modifications may be selected as add-ons.
The price of this valuation product is live nationwide unless it may be considered a complex assignment. Complex assignments may require an additional fee amount. A complex assignment may be considered an appraisal that involves unique or atypical characteristics, making the valuation process more challenging and requiring a specialized approach from an experienced appraiser due to factors like unusual property features, location, or market conditions.
